Premiere Elements 4: How to import font types, if possilbe?

We have video where we would like to import more font styles into premiere elements 4. Is this even possible because I do not see a way to even change the color of the fonts.

I don't know about version 4, because I use version 3, but all of the fonts that I have installed in window's font folder work with Premiere Elements.

And, yes, you can change the style, color, outline, etc., for fonts right in the titles workspace.
