Default Unreadable Text in Playback

I'm new to PrEL 4 and having problems with unreadable text. My problem arises only when I preview the movie. When working in the time line, the text is perfect. I've searched anti-aliasing, tried different file types and methods of file prep. The first method was to use PrEl to create a PSD file with the correct dimensions and aspect ratio but to know avail.

The movie dimensions are 720x480 and will loop on a computer. One of the problems may be that the text is slightly small but the larger text is still very undesirable. The text is approximately 12 lines of instructions to a demo that follows. I've also used a non serif font which is recommended.

Any advice or links to articles is appreciated.

Making the text bold may help, and be sure to deinterlace the video if it's for the web
