Default Buffer issues

Hello,

This is my first post. Thank you in advance. I have uploaded a bunch of
videos in a playlist here:

http://www.mckinneyontheweb.com/Shin...18_Shiner_Risi
ng_Star_Week_10.html
I use on2 standard to encode. I use the JW player to view. Originally I
would encode HDV media with standard template setting from On2 - 300 kb
broadband, 15 frames 60 keyframes single pass 260 max. I was told to change to
29.97 frames 150 keyframes so that is what I am doing now.

My question is that some people videos look beautiful on my screen and NEVER
buffer and then there is mine that seem to always buffer. Is there anyone out
there that can tell me if I am doiing something wrong?

Jeff
