Strange Audio issues-has bevelled top left corner?

I've added a voice-over track to my video which is on Audio 3,it was a video that I separated the audio from and all was well, now the voice over won't play. The music does play (audio one), and so does the clip on video one...but my voice over won't. There is a rounded corner on the voice-over in the top left...what have i done? I'm running Adobe Premiere Pro Version 1.5.
