No Menu Editor on DV Monitor

I set the appropriate settings, but I get no menu editor out to my firewire device. Premier plays back on the same DV device.

I am running CS3 on a new pc with Vista 64-bit.

Not sure if this will ever work.
CS3 is not Vista-64 qualified.....
