I understand this may be a known problem but I don't see a solution posted here: when I burn a Blu-ray disc the main menu defaults to highlighting the second button even though the first button was properly assigned in Encore. This is for a menu where the chapters are linked to text-only buttons arranged from top to bottom on the screen.

Is there an easy fix for this?
