Default How do you keep your page from getting cut off in abrowser?

I can not seem to find instructions on how to make my page/document resize with a browser when opening or shrinking the window.
How do I fix it so that page changes size with window?:confused;

You don't have to fix anything if you avoid this problem right from the
beginning. HTML is flexible by default. Don't define fixed widths or
heights and your pages will nicely adjust to almost every browser
environment.

That was the short answer. The longer answer requires some better
understanding of HTML and CSS. You can find a lot of threads about this
issue here in the group/forum and many tutorials in the Web. Just use
the available search functions.
