Default Spry menu Help

I am trying to create a horizontal spry menu to span the top of my page where I
currently have buttons for pages (See what I mean at BestSupplementGuide.com. I
want it to replace the Articles->Homepage span). What I want is for the menu to
drop as you hover over the titles-- so when someone hovers over "Research &
Training Articles" I want the menu to drop with the titles of articles. I can't
seem to figure out how to get the images to work as the background images in
the menu, and how to make the menu drop. Can someone help with what to fix on
the CSS?

Pretty much I want to do what's shown on:
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/s...BarSample.html, the
bottom with the blue gradient example, I just cant find anyone to explain how
to do it!

Also, why is it that when I customize the spry menu in the dreamweaver window,
when I preview it in any browser the colors go back to normal???

THANKS SO MUCH!
