Any ideas why I can vertically align images in a table row, but the dynamic
text form field always appears to be aligned at the top? I've tried setting
the valign=bottom, middle, etc for the column, for the row, etc. I even went
so far as to split the column into two rows, but the text field still appears
higher than everything else.

Any ideas?
