I did change the items you listed. However, I did have to keep the Webot stuff
in the large block of code to be able to gather all the data. I can do the
mailto and get it to come up to my email, but I think the submit I did was
wrong, so I corrected it w/yours. However, for future form reference, using
the mail to should have gathered the information without me having to keep the
large block of code??? I am a little confused on this. Frontpage apparently
did all of this part for me and Dreamweaver is a little fuzzy on it. If I
created another form and needed to gather the info, would I need more than the
"Mailto" code?
