I'm getting weird behavior with GoLiveCS2 in Windows Vista Home Premium, 4gb memory. I run with compatibility mode for XP checked. Basically, every once in awhile double-clicking a page in the Files tab causes GoLive CS2 to lockup or outright crash.

I can resolve the problem (until the next episode) by ending CS2 through the Task Manager (if it's the lockup), restarting it, opening the site file, then opening the offending page with the File/Open menu, making any kind of small change, and Ctrl-Sing to save. Then I can open the page the regular double-clicking way ... until it happens again with some other page, or even the same page a few days later.

I didn't have the problem on my old 1gb XP machine, but I did have it while running CS2 in a virtual XP machine on my new Vista machine.

For obvious reasons, I want to run CS2 on my Vista machine, so I'm committed to find out what's going on with this behavior.

Any ideas?

By the way, I've downloaded, installed and ran Dreamweaver tryout. Did not like it one bit. Back in 1998, 1999 somewhere in there, I tried both Dreamweaver and GoLive 4 (before it was Adobe) and fell in love with GoLive. I still believe I made the right decision.
