Default Re: Standardization across the board (Rant and Wishes)

"in Photoshop the help is 2 choices down, in after effects its right at the top. " Whoops, thats backwards.

People will probably think that I am over worked about niggly details, but when you really think about it making all the software act the same in all instances of the same action would really make it a lot more intuitive.

Currently I am working between Premier and AE, flipping back and forth trying to finish this project. I hadn't paid much attention to it before, but now I just realized that when I hit "ctrl s" in Premier and "ctrl s" in after effects I get different results. I have already saved both projects before so it isn't about the dialog, its about the indicator that it is being saved. Premier has one, After Effects doesn't.

No, I am not talking about the Asterix next to the file name, I am talking about the momentary pop-up that Premier gives when it is saving. this gives me a warm fuzzy that tells me I am safe from annoying, work losing crashes. after effects doesn't give me the warm fuzzy and even though I see there is no asterix, I wonder, is it safe?

Standardize!
