My fist point is that the issue is with Adobe preventing US to UK upgrades. Do you agree with me on this point?

My second point is that you suggest that BestPricedBrands is deceiving it's customers? I am not so sure, I agree that the website could be better and should explain the difference in the US and UK software. Perhaps if this is not done then you could take some type of action.

I agree that the returns policy could be better. I have suggested on this post that BestPricedBrands should sort this out. I urge BestPricedBrands to comment on this.
