In Elements 6.0, the options are:
percent
inches
cm
mm
points
picas
columns

Also, to re-size, you must click "image">"re-size", then
"image size". With LE, there is a drop down menu
that automatically accesses image size. Within that
window, you can enter the width and height, in pixels.
There is no need to check the "re-sample" option. So, LE
is much much streamlined than the lame-*** Elements
functions.
