Umm, what kind of machine do you have? An older AMD processor perchance? Or a Celeron? You can remove the plugin mentioned in the error message, but will loose performance, so it's more advisable to first check all your BIOS and operating system settings. In clear words: some system library is not in place or of the wrong version which prevents AE from initializing properly. this would be the case on AMD systems, as Windows has to install a set of different patches. So check this out and to be on teh safe side, run a Windows Update.
