OK .. sure, reposting without the info about structure (since that wasn't asked here) ..
The only difference between doing this in a text inset vs. not in a text inset is that you'd first create the inset object, then move the insertion point into the inset before creating the other objects. Start by creating an inset of just a single word, then a paragraph, then move up from there. You can also copy the necessary objects to the clipboard, then paste that into the inset. Just remember that the inset needs to be unlocked before adding content to it and you need to make sure the insertion point (text loc) is within the inset before pasting or adding content.
