Default Component with links

I have 15 pages each with a number of cells.

Each page has one matching single cell. It contains 10 items in a list, same list on each page. Each is a link to another page. I can select each link on each page and create 10x15 links = 150 links. I know that will work but it is not efficient and may be unnecessary.

Can I create a component with the list, and with the links pre-set in the component, then place that component on each page so that it works?
