The maximum size an object with a gaussian blur can be use to be a
fixed size I think in CS, in CS2 and above, it's a combinaison of size
and Raster Effect Setting resolution. For a 300 Dpi setting the max.
size is around 42 inchs. If you lower the resolution the object can be
larger than that.
