If you're doing your business cards ganged-up it's probably best to make your own crop marks. Depends on the design whether you have a single cut between cards or whether you need a bleed. But usually the standard crop marks are too big for this kind of work. For a gang of cards it's enough to have the trim marks at the outer edge of the gang, not for each separate card. A 2 mm (1/8") bleed (4 mm gutter) between cards is sufficient if you need a bleed. Make good use of Snap to Guides and Align/Distribute for accurate aligning.
Otherwise InDesign is probably a better application for cards if you're doing a lot of them and they don't need to be ganged-up. And if you've got printing on the back, have fronts on left-hand pages and backs on right-hand pages. Make use of Master Pages for fixed info.
