I am trying to have some text scroll from left to right continously of screen but can't think of a way to achieve the effect. The text says "Today in Florida Today in Florida Today in Florida" and is on a black solid. I beleive there's a basic solution and I am just missing the concept; but if I animate the position from left to right off screen it will only travel from left to right. How do I make it reappear from the left again like again? Kinda like a ticker. Is there a way to loop it going from left to right?

Effect --> Stylize --> Motion Tile. Adjust the output width and animate the Offset You may need to pre-compose the text to get correct results, but that should be all you need.
