I tried many programs but Capture one 4 gives out the best resolt from NEF to JPEG or TIff. Very easy to use and super fast. Capture NX, just herrible don't use that. The jpegs look horible from it as well. With nikon images you have to be carefull with highlights, they look really bad if spots look too overexposed. Good Luck, oh yeah remember to calibrate the monitor and with pc use a tube not flat screen. If flat screen than it better be expensive($1500 & up)
