I opened your comp, did a ram preview and I noticed that only a few of the cuts were in time with the music. Again, without markers on the audio track I just have to guess where you want the cuts.

I took a look at the rendered avi file and it looked to me like the timing of the cuts was in sync with ram preview. To be sure I then dropped the avi file in the comp, reduced the size so that I could check the sync and they were right on.

If you could give me some specific times where you are having problems maybe I could help. For now it just looks like you need to do some tweaking to bring all the cuts into sync with the beat.
