Golive is discontinued, you can't get it, free or otherwise, at least from Adobe. The good news - it wasn't an upgrade at all.

The other good news is that what you want is available, at least in CS2 and I'm sure it was in v6 - it's the url pop-up from the smart objects tab. Place one and fill it in from the inspector.
