I have a 25 minute video and 3 pdf files that need to be distributed via CD or DVD. The video will have about 20 chapter markers. There are no links between the pdfs and video.

What is the best distribution method for this? The client does not want to use quicktime video (which would be my preference). I have the ability to do something in Director well, novice in flash and encore...but very good at figuring things out quickly. The project currently resides in Premiere Pro CS3.

any opinions on the best way to create this video with chapters and assests on the disc?
