Default Select highlight (ctrl+shift+alt+~) in Photoshop CS4. HOW?

Hello,
in all previous versions there was a brilliant shortcut for selecting light areas of the image - ctrl+shift+alt+~
In SC4 it doesn't work.
Did they changed it?
