If you had a three year old Nvidia Geforce 6600 video card, would you upgrade and to what? Strictly for PSCS4, no video, no gaming.
I know I need to download driver updates, but I wondered if more of an upgrade would be indicated.

No. I'm using a QuadroFX 1400 just about as old and it works just fine. Since your card is in the same chipset family, I would expect it to be suitable as well, for rotating the canvas and smooth zooming, anyways. If you need more power, then of course you will have to update, but even then I'd not throw out lots of money. Most average cards should be sufficient enough, so I'd probably go for a GeForce 8600 GT or so instead of the latest 9xxx models.

Thanks, Mylenium. I downloaded the new drivers and all is working much more smoothly. Good to know I can save some money on SOMETHING WITH CS4
