Default Are Jpegs are always opened in camera raw in CS4?

Anytime I open a jpg in CS4 it brings up camera raw. In Cs3, there was an option in file handling called "prefer adobe camera raw for jpeg" I cannot find its equivalent in CS4. I also did uncheck "always open jpeg files with settings using camera raw" but it didn't help either.

These options are still in place in the File Handling section of the prefs. You just may need to customize the settings for Camera Raw itself on the sub-panel.

The settings in CS3 spanned Ps, Br and Camera Raw. For CS4, they have been collapsed into the one location at Camera Raw.

How are you opening the file, using Br, or Explorer, or Ps Open, etc.
