Clone Source Panel

Photoshop Version: Photoshop CS3 Windows XP Dell Computer I can not find the Clone Source Panel. When I click on the Clone Tool it does not appear. Can someone tell me where I can access the Clone Source Panel?

From the "Window Menu", select "Clone Source".
